Trosclair, III was required to file,but did not file,a 2019 supplemental campaign <br /> finance disclosure report by February 185 2020. As of this date, Mr. Trosclair has filed no report. <br /> XIII. <br /> 1)n July 15, 2020, the Burd of Ethics' staff issued Vhores F. Trosclair, III a Late Fee <br /> Assessment Order, ordering him to pay a late fee of$1,000 for the failure to timely file his 2019 <br /> supplemental campaign finance disclosure report and to file the report. <br /> XIV. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, the Ethics Adjudicatory Burd may conduct a hearing to <br /> determine if Vhores F. Trosclair, III filed his 2019 supplemental campaign finance disclosure <br /> report over 11 days late,which would subject him to additional penalties up to$10,000 as provided <br /> for in La. R.S. 18:1505.4A(4)(b). <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics requests that the Ethics Adjudicatory <br /> Board schedule and conduct a hearing to determine if Vhores F. Trosclair, III filed his 2019 <br /> supplemental campaign finance disclosure reports over 11 days late, which would subject him to <br /> additional penalties up to $10,000 as provided for in La.
