R.S. 420-1112A <br /> and La. R.S.42:1112B(3)when she participated in transactions involving the Library in which she <br /> and/or her companies had a substantial economic interest when she used the Library's credit cards <br /> and banking accounts for unauthorized purchases totaling$56,863.09. <br /> 30. <br /> In accordance with La. R.S. 42:1141 C(3)(b)(iv), on April 89 2021, the BOE designated <br /> Tracy M. Barker, David Bordelon, Suzanne Q. Mooney, LaTo a Jordan,-Gregory Thibodeaux, <br /> and Charles Reeves as the BOE's trial attorneys in this matter. <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics respectfully prays that the Ethics <br /> Adjudicatory Board (a) conduct a hearing on the foregoing charges; (b) determine that Dulce <br /> Michelen violated La.
