XIV. <br /> On January 4, 2022, the Board of Ethics' staff issued Reginald Merchant a Late .dee <br /> Assessment Order, ordering hire to pay a late fee of$2,500 for the failure to timely file his 10--P <br /> campaign finance disclosure report and to file the report. <br /> xv r <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, the Ethics Adjudicatory Board may conduct a hearing to <br /> determine if Reginald Merchant filed his 30-P and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports more <br /> than 6 days late, which would subject him to additional penalties up to $10,000 for each report as <br /> provided for in La. R.S. 18:15 05.4A(4)(a). <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics requests that the Ethics Adjudicatory <br /> Board schedule and conduct a hearing to determine if Reginald Merchant filed his 30-P and 10-P <br /> campaign finance disclosure reports more than 6 days late, which would subject hire.to additional <br /> penalties up to $10,000 for each report as provided for in La.
