Meiners serving as lead trial attorney. <br /> IiIL <br /> ALLEGATIONS <br /> 1 <br /> Stacy Ludlow was continuously employed as the finance clerk by the Town of Akita <br /> Springs "Town") from August 1, 2019,to September 1, 2023. Her supervisors were Town Clerk <br /> Janet N. Dufr ne and Mayor Daniel J, Curtis, <br /> . <br /> As the finance clerk, Stacy Ludlow was responsible for accounts payable, preparing <br /> checks for approval and signature, collecting and depositing funds for the 'Town, entering <br /> transactions into the Town's accounting system,receiving the Town's credit earl statements,, and <br /> making electronic payments to those credit cards, <br /> 3. <br /> As the finance clerk, Stacy Ludlow received annual compensation from the To a.totaling <br /> $305705.97 in 20209 31,155.60 in.2021, $31,178.25 in 2022, and $24,130.53 in 2023. <br /> 4. <br /> The Town had a credit card- account with Lank of America. Mayor Curtis was ars <br /> authorized user and cardholder on the account, and he approved the additional authorized users <br /> and cardholders. FIs. Dufrene, the Town Clerk, Kristin Tortorich, the Director of Public Works <br /> and planning& Zoning, and Joshua D.
