additional approved and authorized users and cardholders.All four credit cards were issued under <br /> one corporate account,- <br /> 5. <br /> From October 2021 to September 2023, Stacy Ludlow purchased personal items totaling <br /> $86,849.65 with the Town's Bank of America credit cards issued in the names of Mayor Curtis, <br /> FIs. Dufrene, Ms. Tortorich}and Mr. Mullan without approval or authorization to do so, She also <br /> used a card issued in her own name, even though Mayor Curtis did not approve Stacy Ludlow as <br /> an authorized. user or cardholder on the account, <br /> 6. <br /> While employed as the finance clerk, Stacy Ludlow opened a venmo account in the <br /> Town"s name to collect funds due to the Town for events and the farmer's market. She had sole <br /> access to the Town's v enrno account. Between January 1,2022, and October 15, 2023,the Town <br /> collected $76,514.00 through its venmo account, and Stacy Ludlow transferred $41,773.00 of <br /> that amount to her personal Venm o account without approval or authorization to do so. <br /> IV, <br /> PROVISIONS of LAW <br /> 1, <br /> La.
