7. <br /> Danny Allen Hobgood was first elected to the Board on April 4, 2020, and was reelected <br /> on March 23, 2024. His current term expires on June 30, 2028. He has served on the Board <br /> continuously and without interruption since his first election. <br /> S. <br /> In January 2022,Mr.Hobgood opened an automotive repair shop in The Town of Slaughter <br /> called Hobgood Garage. Hobgood Garage, L.L.C., is a domestic limited liability company <br /> organized in January 2022 and domiciled in East Feliciana Parish. Mr. Hobgood is the company's <br /> sole member and owner; <br /> 9. <br /> Mr. Pritchard owns the following businesses; O&M Management Services, LLC,P Group <br /> L.L.C., and Feliciana Welders, Inc. Each provides services related to the construction, operation <br /> and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and distribution systems. <br /> Feliciana Welders <br /> 10. <br /> Feliciana Welders is a natural gas distribution construction contractor. Mr. Pritchard is <br /> Feliciana Welders'president; he owns 60 percent of the corporation. Susanne Pritchard, Mr. <br /> Pritchard's wife, owns the remainder. Feliciana Welders has provided "as-needed" services to the <br /> Town since 1999. <br /> From May 21, 2021 to February 23, 2024, the Town paid Feliciana Welders a total of <br /> $48,656.00 for services rendered, including natural gas and water pipeline repair and service <br /> relocation. <br />
