12. <br /> From April 21,2022,through September 6,2024,Feliciana Welders paid Hobgood Garage <br /> $187,663.77 for services rendered. <br /> P Group LLC <br /> 13. <br /> P Group LLC provides drug-testing services to municipalities or other entities that employ <br /> personnel who work with natural gas distribution systems. Mr. Pritchard is P Group's managing <br /> member; and,he owns 100 percent of the company. <br /> 14. <br /> Federal regulations require that the Town of Slaughter drag test employees who work with <br /> its natural gas distribution system. On January 4, 2023, the Town and P Group entered into a <br /> contract in which P Group agreed to randomly administer those drug tests. Under the terms of that <br /> contract, the Town agreed to pay P Group a monthly fee of$75 and an annual membership fee of <br /> $500. <br /> 15. <br /> From February 9,2023, to December 2, 2023, the Town paid P Group $825.00 in fees. On <br /> February 5, 2024, the Town and P Group renewed the contract for a year. From January 10,2024, <br /> through December 13, 2024, the Town paid P Group $1,400.00 in fees. The Town renewed the <br /> contract for the year 2025. <br /> 16. <br /> On August 4, 2023,'P Group paid Hobgood Garage $118.13 to change the oil in a 2022 <br /> Buick Envision. <br />
