VI. ORDER <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Amy Hebert, while serving as a member of the Lafourche Parish <br /> Tourist Commission,violated La.R.S.42:1111C(2)(d)by receiving a thing of economic value for <br /> services rendered to Lafourche Arc at a time when Lafourche Arc had a contractual, business or <br /> financial relationship with the Lafourche Parish Tourist Commission. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Amy Hebert, while serving as a member of the Lafourche Parish <br /> Tourist Commission, violated La. R.S. 42:1111E(1) by receiving a thing of economic value for <br /> assisting Lafourche Arc in the preparation and submission of a grant application to the Lafourche <br /> Parish Tourist Commission. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Amplify-Events and Promotions,LLC,a limited liability company <br /> in which Amy Hebert exercises control,violated La. R.S. 42:11 I 1C(2)(d) by receiving a thing of <br /> economic value for services rendered to Lafourche Arc at a time when Lafourche Arc had a <br /> contractua.l,business or financial relationship with the Lafourche Parish Tourist Commission, and <br /> while Amy Hebert served as a member of the Lafourche Parish Tourist Commission. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Amplify-Events and Promotions,LLC, a limited liability company <br /> in which Amy Hebert is a partner and has a substantial economic interest, violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111 E(1)by receiving a thing of economic value for assisting Lafourche Arc in the preparation <br /> and submission of a grant application to the Lafourche Parish Tourist Commission while Amy <br /> Hebert served as a member of the Lafourche Parish Tourist Commission. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$5,000 civil penalty,payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, is hereby assessed jointly upon Amy Hebert and Amplify Events and <br /> Page 12 of 16 <br />
